Lettuce Wraps are the new rage, so here is my Neptune Lettuce Wrap Recipe which is perfect for any holiday, or even just to indulge your family (or friends) for lunch.

Recipe for Neptune Lettuce Wrap

Collect all the required recipe ingredients.

Have your large lettuce leaves washed and dried for the wrap.

Recipe Ingredients

  • ½ lb. (225gr) cooked crab meat (thawed if frozen)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded carrots
  • 1/8 cup (30 ml) – finely diced green onions
  • 1/8 cup (30 ml) – finely diced celery
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) corn kernels- drained

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. (45 ml) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • sugar to taste ( about 1 tsp. (5ml)


1. Finely chop the crab meat, the celery, and green onions.

2. Mix all the recipe ingredients for the neptune wrap together in a medium sized bowl.

3. Taste test the neptune wrap mixture and adjust the recipe seasonings to your preference.

4. Place 2 tbsp of the neptune wrap recipe mixture into the center of large washed and dried lettuce leaves. (I used Green Leaf leaves for these because I find them more pliable.)

5. Fold in the sides, over the neptune recipe and then wrap the top and bottom over, tucking in the sides.

6. Secure the neptune wrap with a toothpick.
