Kiwi Rice Parfait Recipe
Perfect for Leprechauns of all Ages

Calling all Leprechauns for this Kiwi Rice Parfait Recipe. Yummy fresh kiwi, sliced up and served decoratively and elegantly with creamy rice pudding, in a parfait.

Definitely too irresistible to pass up.




Look at that - only 2 ingredients. Now how simple is that!

Making this dessert, even served in wine glasses is very easy and quick too.

Just don't trip over the Leprechauns.


Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (240 ml) rice pudding
  • 3 kiwi
  • sprig of fresh mint for garnish (optional)


Wash. peel and slice the kiwi.

Then cut them into half moons.

Place few pieces of kiwi moons in the bottom of each of 4 small wine glasses, then line the side with a row around the glass.

Fill the center with the rice pudding.

Layer a few more kiwi moons on the top and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
