Better than a Ham & Cheese sandwich, this Ham Cheese Wedge Salad is just as filling. My favourite dressing is Ranch for this wedge salad - but you can use your favourite creamy type. I tend to cut up the ham & cheese, but you can leave them in large pieces every wedge salad is served with a knife and fork. |

I had a few slices of ham and some cheese left over in my frig - sooo - this became lunch. Not many recipe ingredients to collect and with a wedge salad you really don't even need to cut much up. |

Prepare the head of Iceberg. Click here for a picture tutorial on How to wash and core a head of lettuce. |

Cut the prepared head down the center from top to bottom and then cut it again into wedge quarters. You can cut a smaller wedge if you choose. |

You can cut the cucumber into slices or leave whole sections. Since this is served with a knife and fork it doesn't really matter. |

When I use grape tomatoes - I generally cut them in half - just so they are easier to spear with a fork. |

I already had the ham diced up - but you could have ham strips or just cut each slice of ham in halves. I cut up the cheese also - but I could have easily left the cheese slices the way the were. Ham Cheese Wedge Recipe Yield: this Ham Cheese wedge Recipe serves 2 BUT it can easily be doubled. |
