Carrot Salad Recipes

So far, I only have a few different Carrot Salad Recipes for you to try. All of them are easy, "kid friendly", simple salad recipes and will have them eating their carrots without complaining.

Carrot Raisin Salad

Here is a twist on a traditional favourite.

The apple pieces and raisins sweeten the carrot flavour so it becomes more kid-friendly.

Marinated Carrot Salad

This version makes an exceptional summer side dish and is also perfect for picnics and barbecues. You can use "blanched" carrots, or even canned carrots for quicker preparation.

Creamy Carrot Salad

This version uses julienned or shredded carrots, with a sweet creamy dressing. The mild red onions add a nice bit of extra flavour too.

Kohlrabi Carrot Salad

Here we have julienned kohlrabi and carrots with a nice Oriental style vinaigrette. The mint gives it a real refreshing taste.
