Antipasto Pasta Salad

This Antipasto Pasta Salad is a meal in one dish. It contains not only cold pasta but all the normal veggies of an Antipasto salad, including meat.

The salami in this antipasto salad can be substituted with any smoked or cured meat.







Collect all the Antipasto Salad Ingredients together, plus the kitchen tools you will need.

Antipasto Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) uncooked small pasta
  • 1 cup (240 ml) salami
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml)  shredded mild cheese (Havarti, mozzarella)
  • 4 1/2 oz (120 ml) slice black olives
  • 5 tbsp (75 ml) Italian Dressing



Begin to cook the pasta as directed on the package.

Meanwhile start preparing the other ingredients for your Antipasto Pasta, by thinly slicing or shaving the salami.


Cut the thin slices into quarters and then place them into a medium sized bowl.


Drain the olives and rinse them thoroughly to remove any extra sodium.

Add the olives to the Antipasto salad bowl.


Grate the cheese til you have the right amount.


Add the cheese to the Antipasto Salad bowl.


Cut the grape tomatoes in half lengthwise and add them to the Antipasto Salad bowl.


When the pasta is cooked, drain and immediately hold it under cold running water to cool down.

Shake the pasta to allow any remaining liquid to drain.


Add the pasta to the Antipasto Salad bowl.


Add the Italian dressing to the Antipasto Salad bowl.


Stir to blend all the ingredients together and to coat the Antipasto & pasta with the dressing.

Cover & refrigerate your Antipasto Pasta til serving time.
