Great "Make Ahead" Salad

In this Italian Corn Salad Recipe we have crisp cucumber, chewy corm and juicy tomatoes all combined in an Italian dressing.

This Italian style salad just gets better day after day as it marinates.

Collect all the Italian Corn Recipe Ingredients plus the necessary tools and a medium sized bowl.

Italian Corn Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 can corn OR 12 0z (340 ml) of frozen or cooked cob corn
  • 1/2 sweet pepper
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 1/2 package grape tomatoes OR 1 medium whole tomato
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Italian dressing



If using canned corn - drain & rinse.

If using cob corn - remove the kernels.

If using frozen corn - allow to thaw.


Dice up the red onion.

Add the diced onion to the Italian Corn Recipe bowl.


Dice up the sweet pepper.

Add the sweet pepper to the Italian Corn Recipe bowl.


Finely slice and dice the cucumber and add to the Italian recipe bowl.

Halve the grape tomatoes OR dice the whole tomato and add to the Italian recipe bowl.


Pour the Italian dressing over the recipe bowl and stir to combine.

Taste test and adjust the seasoning with salt & pepper - if required.
